What to expect when you visit

Respect

You will always be treated with respect at the Good Neighbours Care Centre.

In return, we ask that you do the same for staff members, fellow guests and our shop.

Showing your ID

Every guest must show valid Ontario Government ID for each family member to access the care centre.

We are not able to make exceptions.

Waiting Outside

We wish we could have everyone wait inside out of the elements, but at the moment, this is just not possible.

Wait times vary, but plan for at least 30 minutes for Express visits and up to two hours for Kitchen.
